1. Program purpose: Odin Alerts
Odin Alerts is the SMS alert program operated by Odin Service Desk LLC. It sends transactional alert notifications from +18047813990 based on the alerts you choose to subscribe to within the Odin system. Messages may be sent using automated technology. This program does not send marketing or promotional messages, and your consent does not authorize messages from other businesses.
2. Your choice and consent
Enrollment is voluntary. To request enrollment here, enter your mobile number in the opt-in form and separately check the Terms of Service and SMS consent boxes. Neither box is preselected. Providing a phone number, using the website, or accepting the Terms of Service alone does not give SMS consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of using Odin.
SMS consent and alert subscriptions are separate choices: this form requests permission to deliver texts, while you select the alerts you want within Odin. Opting in here does not subscribe you to every alert. The alert subscriptions you select in the system determine which alert messages you receive.
You must be the subscriber or authorized user of the number you provide. Tell us if your number changes or you no longer control it. A new opt-in is required after you withdraw consent; visiting this page does not re-enroll you.
3. Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on the alerts you subscribe to within Odin and how often those alert events occur. There is no fixed message schedule. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s rates and terms apply; check your plan for details.
4. Stop messages or get help
Reply STOP to an Odin text, or text STOP to +18047813990 from the mobile number you want to opt out. You can also use the separate opt-out form below. This page is the only place to manage SMS opt-in or opt-out, apart from opting out by texting STOP to that number. No purchase, sign-in, or agreement to new terms is required to withdraw consent.
You may receive one non-promotional message confirming your opt-out. For assistance, reply HELP or email support@rosevinetech.com. Opting out of SMS does not cancel your Odin account. You can continue using Odin without texts; check your alerts in the system and arrange another notification method if you rely on them.
5. Privacy and mobile information
We use your number and consent records to administer this program, provide the messages you request, handle opt-outs, and meet legal obligations. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their own purposes.
We may disclose information to service providers solely to operate the program on our behalf, including form processing, hosting, and message delivery, or when required by law. See the SMS section of our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Delivery, safety, and changes
SMS delivery depends on your carrier, device, and network availability. Delivery is not guaranteed; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
These SMS Terms supplement the Terms of Service. We will publish updates here with a revised date. A material change to the scope of your SMS consent requires a new opt-in; a terms update alone does not expand your consent.
7. Resubscribe and manage selected alerts
To request SMS again after opting out, submit a new opt-in using the form below and review the alerts you have chosen within Odin. We do not offer opt-in by text; use this page to request enrollment or re-enrollment.
You can change which alerts you subscribe to within Odin, but SMS consent can only be managed on this page or withdrawn by texting STOP to +18047813990. To withdraw permission for all texts from this program, use STOP or submit the opt-out form.
