Remote Access

Connect to any endpoint. From any ticket.

Splashtop Streamer auto-deployed per tenant — including the macOS PPPC profile for unattended TCC. Launch a session from a ticket, an alert, or the device list in one click.

The shape of it

Three principles that make this work.

Splashtop, but the operator job is done

The agent installs the per-tenant Streamer, bakes the dcode, and lays down the PPPC profile for macOS. Zero per-device hand-holding.

macOS TCC, handled

On MDM-enrolled Macs the PPPC profile installs cleanly so users see no Apple prompts on first connect. On non-MDM Macs Apple still asks — our agent does not pretend otherwise.

One click from anywhere

Open a session directly from the ticket, the alert, or the device record. Session logs land back on the ticket automatically.

Capabilities

Limitless capabilities, one product.

Per-tenant Streamer deploy

Each customer gets the right Splashtop dcode automatically. No per-device install scripts.

macOS PPPC profile

PPPC mobileconfig installed via `profiles install -path` on MDM-supervised devices for unattended TCC grants.

Session log on ticket

Who connected, when, for how long — captured on the originating ticket without anyone remembering to fill it in.

Attended + unattended

Both modes supported; choose at connect time per device policy.

Launch from anywhere

From a ticket, alert, or device record — same one-click launch.

Audit trail

Every session is logged with tech, customer, device, and duration. Available in reports.

FAQ

Questions about Remote Access.

Do I need a separate Splashtop license?

You bring your Splashtop Streamer tenant; we wire it up. The deployment automation is included.

How does macOS TCC work without MDM?

Apple does not allow unattended TCC grants without MDM. On non-MDM Macs, users see Apple's standard prompts on first connect. With MDM, our PPPC profile suppresses them.

Can I see who connected to what?

Yes — every session is logged on the originating ticket and available in audit reports.
